Though we are a corporation we do not have the corporate feel. We are family-owned and therefore very family-oriented. We treat our employees as family and not a number on a spreadsheet because truthfully, we are around them as much as our families. We don’t make massive payroll cuts during slow times, rather we do yard projects that increase our productivity during busy times. We offer paid vacation, health, and dental insurance, 401K, and some are eligible for a company vehicle. One of our biggest perks is company trips and Annual Christmas parties. I guess you can say we work hard but play harder. Our last 3 trips include a fishing trip in La Paz, Mexico, a company trip to Cougar Ridge in Torrey, Utah, and an annual Christmas Party at Pirates Cove in Boulder Nevada. These company trips are all expenses paid.
